2016 1H Dividend Update - Growing My Passive Income

Why does Time fly as we get older? 6 months have past. In my last dividend update, 2016 Q1 Dividend Update - Growing My Passive Income, I was pretty sure I will be able to achieve the S$10,000 dividend mark annually (with or without the Saizen Reit's payout). So I am keep close watch on my progress.

Total dividends (2016 1H): ~ S$9,845.31
Total dividends (2016 1H without Saizen Reit's payout): ~S$4,423.81
Average Monthly Dividends: ~S$737




A breakdown of the dividends/ interest for April - June 2016 (S$2,795.04):
  1. Keppel Corp - S$88.00
  2. ST Engineering - S$50.00
  3. Comfort Delgro - S$350.00
  4. Soilbuild Business Space Reit - S$155.70
  5. Keppel Infastructure Trust - S$142.66
  6. Suntec Reit - S$284.52
  7. CapitaMall Trust - S$54.60
  8. Starhill Global Reit - S$189.00
  9. Fraser Commercial Trust - S$25.25
  10. Kingsmen - S$100.00
  11. OUE Hospitality Trust - S$80.93
  12. DBS - S$30.00
  13. Accordia Golf Trust - S$862.00
  14. Interest (from OCBC and UOB) - S$382.30

Another 6 months left to achieve the S$10,000 mark.  I did project another ~S$3,400 of dividends in last half of the year - See Post: Confident To Reach S$10,000 Dividend Mark In 2016. Together with my interest collected, I might just fall short. We shall see at the end of the year.

    What interests are these : Interest (from OCBC and UOB) - S$382.30?
    Are these bonds or saving accounts or cashbacks? Thanks.
