Route to Passive Income

It is never too early to plan for retirement

Dec 2015 Portfolio Update - Growing My Passive Income

Added the following counters:
  1. 2,000 shares of Accordia Golf Trust.
  2. 932 shares of Nikko AM STI ETF.
My Portfolio has reached the S$120,000 mark of invested capital.

December 2014, the invested capital was only S$72,500. I hope I can keep this going.

  2. Kyith, no real thesis. I bought Comfort when i personally felt it was undervalued back in 2013. I think it was about 1.80-1.90 range then. So I have held it till now and just collect the dividends.

    1. Thanks. Not all buys have appreciated so much. Most have been stagnant or dropped in value. However, the dividends are still coming in

    1. Hi PI Farmer, thanks. I will like to "chase" and reach your amount. Maybe I should set that as a goal in 2016

    1. Hi James, the dividends collected are posted in a separate post. As for entry price and paper gain, I would consider. To me the most important is the progress in my passive income.
